Quality Assurance

• Handmade variations (stitching, dye, etc.) are intentional design features, not defects
• Report true defects within 48 hours to support@nodefenders.com with: unboxing video/photos and order number

Order Errors

We only replace items if:

• Wrong item was shipped (evidence required)

International Orders

• No replacement items are sent for international orders, even if the error was on our end
• Customers are entitled to a compensation amount based on the issue
